"A Debt Paid" - Now we aren't saying that all cops everywhere are bad. Clearly the number of good cops greatly out number the bad. But it just seems that the awful ones seem to stand out more in O'Ville City. At least this rookie appears to have some of that common sense on how things are done and has made sure officer Rita gets that medical attention, whether how good or bad that may be! Nite Stick has dodged them for now, but how long can he keep that up?
