"Issue 10: Page 15" - Here we are with yet another new character introduction, Nite Stick's friend and go to gadget guy Tech Guy Steve. Steve has been mentioned a few times before but this is the first time we get a look at him. When I started the comic I wanted Nite Stick to have the absolute bare minimum of stuff. A spandex suit and a stick. Over time I wanted to be able to do more with him and some comic tropes involving suits and gadgets. Like those old Batman figures where he came in different color suits for different tasks, I wanted to be able to do that with Nite Stick, as well as having just the right tool that just so happens to save him in a deadly situation. So Tech Guy Steve was born as the guy smart enough to create all of these crazy things. A character based off of my high school friend Steve who has fixed more of my computers than I can count and always has some fancy new tech toy. What a nerd.

He's slicker than you think. The line is reference to and should be read in the tone of this!

Yep! That's exactly what I thought he was referencing (text makes this hard)
Nice try stick

Hopefully as his hero career progresses Nite Stick will get a suit to amplify his puns,

To be fair, w/ Mr. Freeze, Killer Frost, X-Men's Iceman, et al., all the best "ice" puns have been done
